Our Approach

Guided Play with Purpose
Watching your baby figure out how to navigate the world is magic—but transitions can also bring frustration, questions, and uncertainty.
Our movement classes bridge the gap between open play and pediatric physical therapy principles. Designed to meet your baby exactly where they are on their unique developmental timeline, our 4-week series combine hands-on baby play with practical parent education—giving you both the tools, strength, and confidence to thrive.

What We Work On

Every play, setup, and interaction is rooted in pediatric movement mechanics:

01.

Targeted Strengthening

Building deep belly, hip, and shoulder-girdle strength to comfortably support their own body weight.

03.

Balance & Safety

Teaching their nervous system how to safely shift weight side-to-side and recover balance naturally.

02.

Coordiantion and Control

Helping the left and right sides of the body work together for smooth, alternating arm and leg movements.

04.

Parents Education

Learning hands-on coaching, supportive spotting, and how to set up ideal play spaces at home.

Our 4-week class series

The Crawlers

A 4-week series to transition your baby from happy sitting to curious crawling.

Who It’s For:

â—¦    Babies who are happy sitters but haven't quite put their wheels in motion yet.

â—¦    Babies struggling, getting stuck, or getting frustrated on their hands and knees.

â—¦    Babies currently army crawling, pushing backward, or bottom-scooting.

What We Address: We focus on floor-based games and weight-shifting setups that build core and upper-body strength, helping them lift up on all fours and take off with confidence.

Parent Takeaway: You’ll learn how to position your hands to guide their hips and knees without doing the work for them.

The Walkers

A 4-week series to transition your baby from standing and cruising to independent steps.

Who It’s For:

â—¦    Babies pulling up to stand or cruising along furniture.

â—¦    Babies standing independently who need confidence to let go.

â—¦    Babies taking hesitant first steps and working on stability.

What We Address: We focus on dynamic balance, foot-and-ankle alignment, and balance-recovery reflexes so your baby feels stable on their feet.

Parent Takeaway: You’ll learn safe spotting techniques that protect their posture and encourage confident, independent balance.
