Wonder Pediatric Physical Therapy and Wellness
Wonder is a woman-owned and operated pediatric physical therapy practice providing one-on-one, individualized, and evidence-based patient care. We are locally owned in Austin, Texas and serve families in the greater Austin area. We have an office in Bee Caves and offer in-home concierge visits or teletherapy appointments.
We are currently accepting new patients and are providing timely evaluations and treatment appointments, allowing families to address and facilitate posture, strength, and symmetry so their babies begin to grow and thrive in their earliest months of life.
Dr. Amreen Ali, PT, DPT, PCS
Amreen is a board certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and has worked exclusively with children and their families in acute and outpatient settings over the last 9+ years. She received her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Texas El Paso in 2015 and specializes in treating infants with torticollis, plagiocephaly and gross motor delays.
Before starting her own pediatric physical therapy practice, Amreen has experience treating babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) providing quality therapy services to term, pre-term and high-risk infants with diagnoses such as developmental delays and feeding complications. She brings the diagnostic skills she cultivated in the NICU by conducting screening assessments and detailed physical therapy evaluations to each case and family she works with.
Today, Amreen stays up to date with the latest, innovative methodologies and Continuing Education classes so she can provide her patients with the highest level of care. In her spare time, Amreen likes to paint, spend time with family and friends, travel, and garden.

Dr. Nicole Enas, PT, DPT
Nicole is a pediatric physical therapist with a passion for pediatrics and worked exclusively in pediatrics over the last 3+ years. She received her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word after attending Texas A&M University for her undergraduate degree.

Her specific areas of interest include working with patients presenting with torticollis and plagiocephaly, gross motor and infant development delays, hypermobility, low tone, and poor postural control, poor balance, neurological conditions, and specialized treatment for infants and children with complex medical diagnoses. Nicole actively collaborates with occupational therapists and speech therapists to enhance her knowledge of whole body holistic pediatric treatment, incorporating insights into the impact of sensory systems and feeding difficulties on gross motor development.

She strives to improve her skill and understanding of infant treatment by consistently taking continuing education courses including most recently courses for the treatment of torticollis and plagiocephaly, whole body treatment and considerations of the pre-crawling infant, kinesiotaping - pediatric specialty, assessment and treatment of the baby NDT course, and intro into DIR floortime.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and their dogs, reading, exploring different areas of art and creative projects, home improvement projects, taking care of her jungle of indoor plants, exploring new restaurants in Austin with friends, and spending time on the outdoors and on the lake!

Dr. Savanna Newton, PT, DPT
Savanna is a pediatric physical therapist and has been working with children for 6+ years. She received her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina. She has experience in treating infants and children with a wide range of diagnoses, including torticollis and plagiocephaly, cerebral palsy, hypotonia, delayed motor skills, and rare genetic conditions.
Before moving to Austin, Savanna spent 10 years in Charleston, SC where she finished both of her degrees and began her career in early childhood interventions. When she moved to Austin, she worked in an outpatient setting that specialized in intensive therapy programs. This is where she gained experience with DMI (dynamic movement intervention), electrical stimulation (TASES and NISE-STIM certified), whole body vibration, theratogs, sensory integration, and spider cage. She is a trained DMI level C therapist. Savanna has a passion in utilizing her continued education and learned modalities to provide an individualized, whole body approach to each child. She believes that every small win should be celebrated.
Today, Savanna continues to improve her skill set through mentorship, continuing education, research, and being a collaborative team member. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, playing volleyball, being outdoors, and traveling every chance she gets.
