Schedule an initial EVALUATION with a pediatric physical therapist. Physical therapy evaluation includes one-on-one, skilled clinical observations and standardized assessment of your child's motor skills or area of concern. This will inform the creation of personalized goals and a home exercise program to support age-appropriate motor skill development.

Physical therapist will determine appropriate TREATMENT frequency and duration at the evaluation. Physical therapy follow up visits will focus on addressing individualized goals set at the evaluation. Each visit, your therapist will assess and reevaluate your baby, identify specific areas of growth and concern and add purposeful play activities.
